  • Raw Egg can be contaminated with salmonella typo bacteria another harmful compound for pregnant women. Try not to eat under-cooked food. Also, avoid food that contains raw eggs like mayonnaise. That will help prevent any kinds of food poisoning.

  • Honey can be contaminated with Clostridium spores that also harmful to the fetus.


  • Drumstick contains alpha sitosterol can lead to miscarriage. So, say no to drumstick during pregnancy. Though it is one of the healthiest food for you when you are not carrying a child.

  • Pineapple contains prolamin that can cause urinary contraction and lead to miscarriage. In some countries, pineapple juice is used just before the delivery to stimulate the chance of a normal delivery. It happens with the suggestion of a doctor. So, do not eat or drink pineapple during your pregnancy.


  • Sea fish as it contains mercury is harmful to the fetus. Smoked or refrigerated sea fish can be contaminated with Listeria bacteria so, avoid all kind of sea fish either it fresh or refrigerated.

  • Sprouted Potato contains various harmful toxins that are dangerous for the mother as well as the fetus. Sprouted Potato is harmful to all of us. Solanin a compound found in green potato spout can prevent fetal growth.

  • Many people use Aloe Vera to treat constipation or beauty purposes. They drink aloe Vera juice for the benefits of their health. But it is hazardous for pregnant women as it causes pelvic hemorrhage, which can further cause of miscarriage. So, it is wiser to avoid all kinds of aloe Vera products during pregnancy for the sake of your child health.
